企业的组织结构对于企业的效率和环境适应能力有着重大的影响。层级制组织确保了效率和稳定性但却失去了适应性,网络制组织虽具有良好的适应性但适应过程效率低且稳定性差。因此,纯粹的网络组织不会完全替代层级制组织。未来的组织是一种复杂适应性组织,是层级制和网络制的融合,组织子系统层次是他组织的层级制,子系统之间是自组织的网络组织。

The enterprise organization structure makes great influence to its efficiency and adaptability to the environment.The hierarchy organization guarantees the efficiency and stability and loses its adaptability while the network organization is relatively lower at its efficiency to the adaptable course and its stability in spite of its good adaptability.Thus it is certain that any pure network organization cannot fully replace the hierarchy organization and it is expected that any organization in the future will be the complicated adaptable one that is the confusion of hierarchy and network organization,in which the subsystem hierarchy in an organization is a kind of hierarchy for another organization and the subsystem between is a kind of network for another organization.
