College students,as primary forces contributing to the development of our nation,shall pursue a sustainable way to develop themselves.Higher-education institutes shall highlight the education on students＇ mission and values,and advise college students to formulate life-learning perceptions,to build and optimize knowledge structure,to reinforce the training of practical capacity of creativity,to enforce career planning programs,to proactively engage in psychological health care,and to improve overall qualities.
