摘要
建立了实用的肌酐酶法测定方法，通过实验将比色测定终点法改为两点法，使其适合自动分析，并节省工具酶。本法的线性为０～２７４９μｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，精密度：手工操作，批内ＣＶ＜３％，总ＣＶ＜５％。三种分析仪的批内ＣＶ在０．３４％～１．４４％间，回收率９９．６６％～１００．９％。本法（Ｙ）和ＢＭ的试剂（Ｘ）比较：Ｙ＝０．９７３Ｘ＋１０．３３μｍｏｌ／Ｌ，ｒ＝０．９９９５。
A practical method of creatinine enzymatic estimation was established.This colorimetry was changed from end point assay to tow point assay by experiment so that one can used in automatic analysis and the tools enzymes were saved in reagent.Analysis index of this method:linerity was 0￣2749 μmol/L;total CV and within run CV were ≤5 0% and ≤3 0% respectively for manual,and within run were 0 34%￣1 44% for three autoanalyzer,analytical recoveries were 99 66%￣100 9%,correlation between results by this method(Y) and BM′s reagent(X) were Y=0 973X+10 33 μmol/L, r =0 9995.
