摘要
高职图书馆的建设和发展,确实面临着硬实力和软实力不对称的问题。要从根本上解决高职图书馆存在的问题,理念转变和制度创新至关重要。
The construction and development of libraries in higher vocational college faces the problems of asymmetry in hard and soft strength.Transformation of ideas and innovation in system are most important for essentially solving the problems in libraries in higher vocational colleges.
