中职“问题学生”窥探

The Exploration of Problem Students in Secondary Vocational School

中职教育中"问题学生"的教育、管理和转化是十分重要而且复杂的工作。"问题学生"的问题成因极为复杂,针对性的教育策略必须从社会、学校、家庭等综合考虑。尤其中职生的心理特点与职业文化的相融相通,人格尊重与人文化教育管理并重,个性化教育与集体教育同举等,都应给予足够的重视。

It is more than a little complicated and important to manage and educate problem students in secondary vocational school.The reasons for being problem students are difficult to answer.Therefore,the author proposes some strategies on aspects of society,school and family such as melting psychological characteristics with vocational culture,combing personal respect and human culture education and connecting personalization education and group education.
