摘要
目的观察辐照含银油质猪真皮治疗烧伤创面的效果。方法应用辐照含银油质猪真皮为治疗组,含表皮的辐照含银猪皮为对照组。采用同体对照,即在同一烧伤患者,选择烧伤深度相似在同一肢体(躯干)相近处或对侧肢体对称处创面,左侧(近心端)为A区,右侧(远心端)为B区,按入院先后编号,单号A区为治疗组,B区为对照组,双号A区为对照组,B区为治疗组。浅Ⅱ度创面及深Ⅱ度创面均削痂后应用上述猪皮覆盖,用于浅Ⅱ度创面20例,深Ⅱ度创面15例,观察创面黏附时间,创面感染情况。结果浅Ⅱ度创面治疗组创面黏附时间(9.05±1.98)d,对照组(9.00±1.89)d,二组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。深Ⅱ度创面治疗组创面黏附时间为(13.20±1.74)d,对照组(13.30±1.76)d,二组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。创面均无感染发生。结论辐照含银油质猪真皮可有效保护浅Ⅱ度和深Ⅱ度烧伤创面。
Objective To observe the effects of treatment of burn wounds with radiated oil pigdermis incorporated with silver (ROPDS). Methods ROPDS (treatment group) and radiated pigskin incorporated with silver (RPSS, control group) were used to cover the superficial second-degree burn wounds after tangential excision in the same body in 20 cases, and to cover the deep second-degree burn wounds after tangential excision in the same body, in 15 cases. Adherent time of ROPDS and RPSS, and infection of wounds were observed. Results Adherent time on superficial second-degree wounds was 9.05± 1.98 days in treatment group, 9.05±1.98 days in control group. There was no significant difference between two groups. Adherent time on deep second-degree wounds was 13.20± 1.74 days in treatment group, 13.30±1.76 days in control group. There was no significant difference between two groups. There was not infection of the wounds covered with ROPDS and RPSS. Conclusion ROPDS can effectively protect superficial second-degree and deep second-degree burn wounds.
