乌贼墨对小鼠生成白细胞介素─2的影响

THE STUDY ABOUT IL-2 ACTIVITY INDUCED BY SEPIA IN MICE

研究乌贼墨对小ＩＬ—２（ｉｎｔｅｒｌｅｕｋｉｎ—２）的诱生作用。用乌贼墨连续５ｄ给予ＢＡＬＢ／ｃ，小鼠灌胃后，取其抗凝血，分得淋巴细胞，制备ＩＬ— ２待检上清，通过 ＭＴＴ（［３─（４，５— Ｄｉｍｅｔｈｙｌｔｈｉａｚｏｌ— ２ｙＬ）─２，５ｄｉｐｈｅｎｙｌｔ ｅｔｒａｚｏｌｉｕｍ ｂｒｏｍｉｄｅ］）比色法测其ＩＬ—２分泌活性。结果表明：致敏后２４ｈ小鼠血液中 ＩＬ—２活性升高达５０％以上，与对照组比较有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），持续至４８ｈ开始呈下降趋势，９６ｈ后恢复正常。证实口服乌贼墨为诱生小鼠ＩＬ─２的唯一途径。

To study the inducing effect of sepia on the IL-2 level of mice. Method:Giving sepia to BALB/c mice for continuous 5 days intragastrically,then obtaining the peripheral lymphocytes,preparing surspension which contains IL-2 for assay by method MTT. Results: The IL-2 activity of mice pheripheral blood is increased from 24 to 48h after innoculation, reaching over 50% of secreting activity,and it has a significant differences (P<O. 01 )from control. After 48h the IL-2 activity begins to derease. After 96h the IL-2 activity becomes normal. Meanwhile administration by oral is the only pathway for sepia to induce the secretion of IL-2 in mice.
