超重肥胖职工在肺功能参数方面的影响 被引量:1

Influence parameter of lung function on body composition in overweight and obese employee

摘要 目的了解低体重、正常体重、超重、肥胖和严重肥胖者肺通气功能差异,探讨体重指数对肺通气功能参数的影响。方法对研究对象进行年龄、性别、身高、体重、腰围、臀围记录,采用亚洲成人体重分级建议的肥胖、超重诊断标准,将研究对象分为体重过低、正常体重、超重、肥胖和严重肥胖5组,经X线检查排除有明显肺部疾病者进行体重指数和通气功能指数测定,正常体重与低体重、超重、肥胖者肺通气功能均数比较。结果体重过低、超重、肥胖和一类重肥胖组的用力呼气量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气量(FEV1.0)、一秒率(FEV1.0/FVC)、用力呼气中期流速(FEF0.25~0.75)、肺活量(VC)、最大通气量(MVV)测量值和正常体重组作比较,结果有统计学意义。6指标在男女内部比较,男性在FEV1.0和VC方面差异有统计学意义(F=5.02,P=0.025;F=5.31,P=0.021);女性内部方差分析MVV在正常体重与超重肥胖组比较(P<0.05)。结论与对照组比较,肥胖、超重通气功能有一定影响,体重过低也对肺通气功能有影响。 Objective To describe the difference of parameter lung function in overweight and obese employees and to examine the effect of obesity and overweight on lung function. Methods Age, sex, weight, height, waist circumference and hip circumference were measured in the objects that accepted informed consent. According to the standard of west Asia-Pacific WHO obesity organization, 771 eases were divided into low-weight growp, normal group, over-weight group, obese group and severe obese group. Their body indices and lung function indices were measured after excluding pulmonary diseases. Results The values of forced vital capacity(FVC) , forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1.0) , rate of forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1.0/FVC) , forced expiration flow rate( FEF0.25 -0. 75 ) , vital capacity ( VC), maximal ventilatory volume (MVV) in low weight group, over-weight group, obese group and severe obese group were compared with normal group, and the results were statistically significant. 6 indices of lung function were compared in female group and male group separately, the FEV1.0 and VC have significantly difference( F = 5.02, P = 0. 025 ; F = 5.31, P = 0. 021 ) in male group, while female group has statist'ical significance in MVV about analysis of variance. Conclusion Compared with normal group, low weight, over weight and obesity have effect on lung function to some extent.
