摘要
为建立化妆品中防腐剂和抗氧化剂的分析方法,采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定化妆品中4种尼泊金酯类防腐剂和特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ).Diamonsil C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mmi.d.)分离柱,甲醇-水(体积比72∶28)流动相,流速1.0 mL/min,室温,检测波长254 nm.4种尼泊金酯类防腐剂在1~100 ng/L内均有良好线性,检出限为0.05~0.1 ng/L,回收率为82.9%~96.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.17%~2.64%.
A method has been established for the analysis of presevatives and antioxidants in cosmetics.Reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) was used for separation and determination of nipagin esters and TBHQ in cosmetics.The components were analyzed by Diamonsil C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.)using a UV detector at 254 nm.The mobile phase was methanol water(V∶V=72∶28) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The methodology exhibited good linearity between 1—100 ng/L.The detection limits range were 0.05—0.1 ng/L.The average recovery ranged from 82.9%—96.3% with RSD ranged from1.17%—2.64 %.
