在简要介绍2010年广州亚运城修建性详细规划以及控制性详细规划编制的背景、目标、要求与原则的基础上,对亚运城规划构思、规划布局、土地利用、市政道路交通、绿地景观与水系、村民安置、控制性详细规划等主要规划内容进行详细的阐述。
This paper introduces the backgrounds,targets,requirments and principles of the site plan and regulatory detailed plan of the Asian Games Town in Guangzhou,then it summarizes the major contents of the plans including planning framework,layout,land use,civil engineering,traffic,landscape and water system,and village resettlement and so on.
