2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血清中N-羧甲基赖氨酸水平的变化 被引量:4

The Value of Serum N-carboxymethyl Lysine Level in Assessing the Presence and Severity of Coronary Heart Disease in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的观察糖尿病合并冠心病患者血清晚期糖基化终产物N-羧甲基赖氨酸(CML)水平与他去相关指标的关系。方法入选2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者68例,单纯2型糖尿病患者81例,单纯冠心病患者102例,正常对照者90例。测定各组血清CML、戊二醛(MDA)和其他常规生化指标。结果糖尿病合并冠心病患者体内的CML浓度明显高于单纯冠心病、单纯糖尿病和正常人(P<0.05),糖尿病时CML水平随冠心病的严重程度的增高而增加(P<0.05),CML与MDA水平在糖尿病合并冠心病组内存在相关性(均P<0.05)。结论 CML对预测糖尿病时冠心病及其严重程度具有一定的临床价值。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum level of N-carboxymethyl Lysine(CML) and the presence and severity of coronary artery disease(CAD) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Serum levels of CML and malondialdehyde(MDA) were measured in 68 patients with CAD and type 2 diabetes mellitus,81 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,102 patients with CAD and 90 control.Results Serum level of CML in CAD patients with diabetes mellitus were significantly higher than other patients and control(P〈0.05).The positive correlation was observed between serum levels of CML and MDA in CAD patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(P〈0.05).Conclusion CML may be a valuable parameter for predicting the presence and severity of coronary artery disease in patients with type 2 diabetes.
