摘要
目的体外诱导变形链球菌耐氟菌株。方法在含有不同氟化钠浓度的BHI上逐步诱导变形链球菌产生耐氟菌株,并与亲代菌株进行比较。结果变形链球菌耐氟菌株在体外诱导成功。结论变形链球菌耐氟菌株体外的成功诱导,为耐氟菌株的后续研究奠定了基础。
Objective To induce fluoride-resistant strain of streptococcus mutans in vitro.Methods fluoride-resistant strain of streptococcus mutans was obtained by subculturing streptococcus mutans to BHI containing different concentrations of NaF,and they were compared.Results Induction of fluoride-resistant strain of streptococcus mutans in vitro is successful.Conclusion fluoride-resistant strain of streptococcus mutans has been induced in vitro,which establishes the foundation for the study of fluoride-resistant strain of streptococcus mutans.
