摘要
黄河中下游属多泥沙河段,其上水电站的水轮机普遍受到泥沙磨蚀的严重危害,水电站的检修比一般水电站更加复杂。而传统的检修体制存在着检修科学依据不足、维修不足等缺陷。为此,建立了黄河上水电站水轮机磨蚀状态检修系统,以提高检修和管理效率,延长设备大修间隔,降低小修频率,杜绝水轮机维修不足的现象,提高设备的可利用率,从而降低发电成本。
The hydraulic turbines on the middle and lower reaches of Yellow River are severely abraded because of the high sediment concentration.The regular overhaul system for abraded turbine has some defects,such as lack of scientific basis for repair,insufficient repair and others.A new condition-based overhaul system for abraded turbine was established,and it can improve the overhaul efficiency,extend equipment overhaul intervals,lower the times of periodic repair,eliminate the shortage of turbine maintenance,improve equipment utilization rate and reduce the cost of generation.
