摘要
埋藏式压力钢管抗外压稳定是工程设计中的关键问题。在考虑钢管的初始缺陷、塑性行为以及大变形的基础上,利用ANSYS三维有限元软件,进行了加劲式压力钢管的特征值屈曲分析和非线性屈曲分析,给出了加劲式压力钢管的失稳屈曲模态和荷载位移曲线,并将计算结果与解析算法的结果进行了比较,论证了使用有限单元法进行加劲式压力钢管屈曲分析的可行性;同时讨论了不同初始缺陷、管壁厚度和加劲环尺寸对加劲式压力钢管临界荷载的影响。
The external pressure stability of underground penstock is a key issue in engineering design.The eigen value and non-linear finite element buckling analysis of stiffener ring penstock have been carried out after considering the initial defect,plastic behavior and large deformation of penstock,and the instability buckling mode and load-displacement curve of penstock are given.The FEM is feasible way for buckling analysis of stiffener ring penstock.The influences of various initial defects,pipe thickness and stiffener ring size on critical load of penstock were also discussed.
