摘要
土石坝安全评价属于多指标、多层次、多准则综合评价问题。将模糊理论和层次分析法引入土石坝安全综合评价中,建立评价层次结构模型,利用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,建立评语集,构建模糊评价矩阵,最后对土石坝进行综合评价。将以上模型应用于广东省赤竹径水库大坝安全评价中,结果表明,只要合理选取各影响因素权重,即能得出科学合理的评价结论,可为土石坝安全运行和管理提供科学依据。
Earth-rock dam safety evaluation is a multi-index,multi-level and multi-criteria comprehensive evaluation.After introducing the fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),a safety comprehensive evaluation model for earth-rock dam was established,in which using AHP to determine the weight of each index for setting up review set and using fuzzy evaluation matrix for safety evaluation.The application of model in the safety evaluation of Chizhujing dam in Guangdong shows that the scientific evaluation can be carried out as long as the weight of each index is reasonably selected,and can provide a scientific basis for the safe operation and management of dam.
