摘要 提出了融合故障树和专家系统两种诊断技术于一体的球阀故障诊断专家系统的构想,以达到方便快捷地发现故障、消除故障的目的。选取某抽水蓄能电站球阀作为研究对象,搜集了该球阀系统常见的失效形式及专家经验,运用故障树分析法,建立了球阀系统的故障树并对其进行了定性分析;在此基础上,构建了基于故障树的球阀故障诊断专家系统知识库,并给出了系统的推理方法。 A ball valve fault diagnosis system combining with the advantages of fault tree and expert system was introduced herein.The system can find fault quickly and easily.As a case study,the common failure modes and expert experiences for troubleshooting of a ball valve in a pumped storage power station were collected,and the fault tree was established for qualitative analysis.As a basis,the fault diagnosis expert system based on fault tree for ball valve was constructed and the reasoning method for system was proposed.
