摘要
采用静态试验法监测惠州抽水蓄能电站A厂上游水道充水期间水道水头递增时球阀前后钢管段、球阀外壳及混凝土支承墩的静态应力,钢管和支墩的位移,评价球阀结构的安全承载能力,检验球阀结构和混凝土支墩的设计与施工质量。结果表明,同一水头下环向应力均大于轴向应力,钢管材料强度满足DL/T5141—2001《水电站压力钢管设计规范》的要求;支墩材料满足强度要求;支墩混凝土材料满足抗剪强度要求。A厂球阀段钢管、球阀和混凝土支墩结构设计合理,施工质量优良,没有发现隐性问题,可以安全使用。
The static stresses of the penstock section before and after ball valve,the valve casing and the concrete supporting pier,and the displacement of penstock and pier was measured during water filling for Plant A of Huizhou Pumped Storage Power Station.The results show that the hoop stress under the same head are greater than the axial stress,the strength of steel material meets the requirement of specifications,the material strength of supporting pier and the shear strength of supporting pier concrete meets the requirement.The structure of ball valve is safe.
