摘要
目的:研究水杉总黄酮对心律失常的作用。方法:采用多种实验性心律失常模型。结果:水杉总黄酮10mg/kgip可推迟乌头碱诱发的大鼠心律失常的出现时间,缩短持续时间;提高氯化钙诱发大鼠心律失常的阈剂量;增加哇巴因诱发豚鼠心律失常的用量;还能对抗心肌缺血复灌所致的大鼠心律失常。结论:水杉总黄酮具有广泛的抗心律失常作用。
A new dinucleating

complexes have been prepared and characterized by infrared spectra,electronic
spectra,conductivity and chemical analyses ESR spectra obtained from frozen solution of all
three binuclear copper complexes at-100 were typically tetragonally coordinated Cu(Ⅱ) with
g ∥ >g ⊥ Electrochemical studies of these complexes have been made in DMF by cyclic
voltammetry All of the complexes undergoa two step,one electron transfer and quasireversible
electron transfer process
