红花黄色素治疗不稳定性心绞痛临床观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察红花黄色素注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的临床疗效。方法:658例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组给予硝酸酯类扩血管、抗血小板聚集、降低心肌耗氧量、调脂等治疗,治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用红花黄色素注射液100mg/d静脉滴注,疗程10~14d。两组均治疗14d后评价心绞痛发作情况,检查心电图等指标。结果:两组治疗前各项指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组心绞痛缓解总有效率为97.10%,对照组为92.53%,治疗组心电图改善明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红花黄色素注射液能有效改善不稳定型心绞痛症状,抗心肌缺血。 Objective To evaluate the effect of safflower yellow injection on patients with unstable angina pectoris.Method Six hundred and fifty-eight patients were randomly assigned to two groups,the control group(n=348) was treated with dilating coronary artery,anti-platelet,lowering myocardial consumption of oxygen,cholesterol lowering therapy,and the treated group(n=310) with the above treatment plus safflower yellow injection for 14 days. The changes of symptom,electrocardiogram were measured. Results The symptom and the changes of electrocardiogram were improved significantly in both groups after treatment(P0.05),and showed more significant difference in the treated group than that in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Safflower yellow injection could improve the symptom and the myocardial ischemia of patients with unstable angina pectoris.
