泪囊肿瘤临床分析与研究

Cure for Carotid Artery Involved by Malignant Tumor in Head and Neck

对７例泪囊肿瘤临床资料的分析，发现本病多见于中青年患者，其中恶性肿瘤５例，良性肿瘤２例；原发于泪囊４例，继发于邻近组织３例。临床上以内眦部包块、溢泪及泪点有血性分泌物溢出为本病主要特征。５例泪囊恶性肿瘤４例出现血性分泌物。结果表明：本病早期明确诊断，及时手术切除，术后酌情辅以放疗，预后良好。

Three cases of carotid artery involved by malignant tumor in head and neck were reported The carotid artery which had been kept during the operation spontaneousty broke postoperatively in 4～6 days The cause of the rupture of the carotid artery was the infection of the wound and invasion of tumor into carotid artery,so the carotid artery should be removed once the carotid artery is involed by malignant tumor
