幽门螺杆菌与胃癌十年 被引量：13

摘要 自从1982年Warren和Marshall在人胃中发现幽门螺杆菌（H.pylori，Hp）以来，对于Hp与活动性胃炎、消化性溃疡的关系已经明确，而Hp与胃癌的关系一直在进行深入的研究。当前，Hp与胃癌的关系日渐明朗，主要关注以下一些问题：Hp是否是胃癌的真正病因？Hp有哪些毒力因素与胃癌直接相关？胃癌发生的哪些环节是Hp的作用靶点？根除Hp是否能够真正降低胃癌的发生率？对于人群中Hp的感染，当前我们应该采取什么措施？
