HIV-1感染者早期启动高效抗逆转录病毒治疗的获益与风险 被引量：1

摘要 自1996年高效抗逆转录病毒治疗（HAART）进入临床实践以来，HIV-1感染患者AIDS的发病率和病死率均显著下降，HAART成为针对HIV-1感染患者的基本治疗方案。然而，对于启动HAART的时机问题，长期以来存在不同的认识。目前各个权威性指南一致认为在CD4T淋巴细胞计数〈350／μl时，无论有无症状，都应启动HAART。
