超声在类风湿关节炎评估中的作用 被引量:7

摘要 类风湿关节炎(RA)以滑膜炎为主要病理学特征,并最终导致软骨和骨的侵蚀、破坏、关节畸形及长期残疾。随着RA治疗的快速进展,人们越来越重视对RA关节炎症、破坏、活动性和预后的评价,准确客观的评价对选择恰当的治疗方案至关重要,其中影像学手段在RA评价中的作用也越来越受到重视。近来关节超声和MRI因其很好的敏感性和特异性在RA评价中进展迅速,而超声对滑膜炎及早期骨破坏的诊断优于X线,且性价比又优于MRI,因此超声正越来越被广泛接受,成为评价早期RA影像学的方法之一。
