疑难病例析评 第210例 孤立肾局部晚期中央型肾癌-舒尼替尼新辅助治疗-肾部分切除术 被引量：7

摘要 病历摘要 患者女,60岁.1991年行右肾癌根治术,术后病理为透明细胞癌,Fuhrman分级Ⅱ级.术后随访5年未见异常,之后患者未坚持复查.2008年4月于外院体检行B超检查发现＂左肾中上极肿物,直径约5.5 cm＂,未见转移癌及全身其他器官肿瘤,遂于2008年6月入我院治疗.
