摘要
瀑布沟水电站坝址处从导流洞完成下闸到放空洞具备过流条件,需要断流约9.5 h。但下游环境条件特殊,河道不能断流且最小流量应在327 m3/s以上。经过方案比较,在2009年11月1日,国电大渡河流域水电开发有限公司决定采用和下游的深溪沟水电站联动下闸、确保下游用水的实施方案。实践证明,该方案为解决梯级开发河流上水库蓄水而产生的断流问题,摸索出了一套宝贵经验。
The flow of Dadu River in Pubugou dam site will be intercepted for 9.5 hours from the gate closure of diversion tunnel to the discharge of emptying tunnel. However, the river flow can not be intercepted and should keep a minimum flow of 327 m^3/s for downstream environmental consumption. The joint operation of Pubugou and Shenxigou projects was adopted to ensure the downstream water supply in November 1, 2009. The result shows that the solution is a good way to prevent the water interception caused by the water storage of upstream reservoir.
