摘要
水电开发与环境保护协调可持续发展是国家对水电发展的政策要求,也是水电自身发展的需要。结合四川大渡河流域水电开发环境保护工作实际,对流域开发的环境影响分析、对策措施及效果进行了认真梳理和归纳总结,探索出一条有突出实践价值的流域水电开发环境保护管理的方法,积极推进了大渡河流域水电开发的可持续发展。
The coordinated and sustainable development of hydropower development and environment protection is the requirement of state policy and self-development of hydropower industry. The environment impact of the hydropower development of Dadu River basin was analyzed and the countermeasures for environmental protection were proposed. The practice shows that the effect of environmental protection is good and the countermeasures are valuable to the hydropower development of Dadu River basin.
