摘要
对瀑布沟水电站筒形阀的安装过程进行了较为系统的介绍,特别是针对接力器提升杆垂直度的调整、碟簧压缩量调整、导向条的焊接等关键工序实施中遇到的问题进行了分析及研究,并采取了改进措施,取得了良好的效果。
The installation of cylinder valve in Pubugou Hydropower Station was introduced herein. The verticality adjustment of servomotor lever, the compression adjustment of disc spring and the welding of guide bar are the keys of installation and some improved techniques were specially studied and used for the installation. The improvements have achieved good results.
