摘要
瀑布沟水电站放空洞工作弧门的安装调试能否顺利按期完成,直接关系到电站下闸蓄水目标能否实现,同时也关系到6号机发电初期下游控泄问题。该工作弧门为闭孔安装,施工场地狭小、施工难度大,安装最大难点首先是大件的吊装,单件最大质量为81 t,仅能采用卷扬机滑轮组配合进行吊装,需在施工现场布置多个吊点;其次是可压式伸缩水封充压、泄压系统安装和调试运行。
The radial working gate of emptying tunnel in Pubugou Hydropower Station was installed after the completion of the gate chamber concrete pouring. As the smaller installation space, the most difficulty is the lifting of large components and the installation and commissioning of operation system of pressurized expansion seal. The maximum weight of single gate components is 81 t, and can only be installed with the hoisting winch pulley and need a large amount of suspension centre.
