海南省水能资源稀缺,煤炭资源匮乏,天然气和风力资源较丰富。结合海南生态省建设目标及一次能源和用电负荷分布特点,通过海南省自身能源资源需求及电网电力需求情况初步分析,提出海南省建设抽水蓄能电站是必要的,并简单介绍海南省抽水蓄能电站选点规划工作情况。

Hainan Province has scarce water power and coal resources, and abundant natural gas and wind resources. On the basis of the analysis of the ecological development target and the characteristics of primary energy and electricity load distribution and the prediction of energy and power, the pumped-storage power station construction is necessary in Hainan Province. The pumped-storage power station site plan is also introduced herein.
