摘要
在分析溧阳抽水蓄能电站工程建设对项目区水土资源、地表植被等水土保持设施的扰动、破坏,对水土流失可能造成影响的基础上,预测工程建设期(含筹建期)和自然恢复期内可产生水土流失总量17.69万t,新增水土流失量为16.95万t;确定水土流失防治责任范围为407.52hm2,提出了水土流失分区综合防治的措施,规划了水土保持监测。
The construction of Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station will influence soil and water resources and surface vegetation. The soil erosion in preparation, construction and natural recovery periods totals to 176 900 t, in which, about 169 500 t is produced by project construction. The soil erosion control areas are 407.52 hm2. The comprehensive soil erosion control measures for different zones and the monitoring of water and soil conservation are proposed.
