摘要
白莲河抽水蓄能电站地下厂房水轮发电机组转速高,机墩组合结构承受荷载大,长达850mm的钢筋混凝土环形牛腿下机架支撑对结构整体的抗振性能要求高,厂房振动问题尤为突出。运用大型有限元程序ABAQUS进行了主厂房整体结构的动力分析,首先研究了主厂房的固有振动特性并进行了共振复核,然后用谐响应方法对厂房结构在机组振动荷载和水轮机流道脉动压力荷载作用下的动力响应进行了分析。研究结果表明,白莲河抽水蓄能电站地下厂房在机组振动荷载及脉动压力作用下,结构的动位移及动应力均较小,能够满足结构设计要求。
The anti-vibration problem of underground powerhouse is important in Bailianhe Pumped-storage Power Station as the high rotation speed of turbine-generator, large load on support structure and the structure of lower rack with a 850 mm-long reinforced-concrete annular bracket. The structure dynamic analysis of main powerhouse was conducted by using ABAQUS. The self-vibration characteristics of powerhouse was analyzed and reviewed, and the dynamic response of powerhouse structure under unit vibration loads and fluctuating pressure was analyzed by means of harmonic response analysis method. The results show that the dynamic displacement and stress are smaller and can meet the structural design requirements.
