摘要
对进口高精度复合柴油过滤材料的结构、物理性能和过滤性能进行了较全面的分析,指出了该材料的主要物理性能取决于纸基层,熔喷无纺布层的作用主要在于提高过滤精度和纳污容量,同时说明了熔喷无纺布层采用PBT为原料的主要原因,以及研制此类材料的关键所在。
The structure, the physical properties and the filtration properties of combined filter media for imported diesel engine oil were studied in this paper. The results show that physical properties of this material depend on paper matrix; the main function of MB nonwovens is that it can improve fil-tration efficiency, dirt-holding capacity remarkably. At the same time, the reason why MB nonwovens need PBT as material and the key problems of developing this combined filter media were also explained.
