纸张印刷白点的分析与控制

Analysis and control of the white spot in paper printing

针对浅色网点印刷、实地大满版印刷或者深色油墨网点印刷时存在小白点或小白线等问题,着重从原纸方面分析可能的影响因素有:AKD施胶剂破乳、AKD在浆中分散不均、阔叶浆中的导管分子、浆中带有砂粒、填料用量过高、纸张表面处理(表面施胶)不当等,通过对不同印刷白点形状的研究,从而找出具体的影响因素,便于生产控制。

In view of the problem of white spot and white line of printing existed in a large field of full of printing or dark ink mesh printing, influencing factors were analyzed. They were AKD sizing agent emulsion breaking, uneven dispersion of AKD in the pulp, vessel in the hard wood pulp, sand in the pulp, high amount of filler and improper treatment of paper surface sizing. By studying different shapes of white spots in printing, concrete influencing factors can be found in order to control production.
