高精度等分齿形全自动线切割加工系统设计

摘要 针对时栅传感器的产品开发,设计了一套高精度等分齿形全自动线切割加工系统,该系统采用了基于时栅传感器的高精度空心分度转台作为分度机构,对加工过程中钼丝的磨损进行了自动测量,并将测量结果反馈回线切割机控制系统进行补偿,以实现高精度全自动线切割加工的目的。实际应用表明,该系统加工精度高、成本低,大大提高了生产效率。并且该系统也可以用于类似需要高精度分度线切割加工的场合。 To develop the time grating sensor, one high precision WEDMautomatic machining system for equally divided tooth is presented. In the machining system, the high precision hollowindexing table is used to index based on time grating angular sensor, and the wearing of electrode-wire is measured automatically and the measuring data is transferred to the WEDMcontrol system as error compensation. The applications conforms that the machining precision of the system is high and the cost is low, and the production efficiency is greatly improved. And it also shows that the system can be used in such fields as high precision indexing machining.
