摘要 介绍了成形磨削的加工机理、成形修整技术的应用及磨削效率的控制,解决了滚动导轨副零件高精度、复杂形状的加工困难问题,并通过研究磨削效率降低砂轮用量,提高了产品质量及加工经济性。 This paper introduces the mechanism of form grinding process, application of forming and dressing technology and grinding efficiency control, settles the processing difficulties of high precision and complex shape components of LMguides, reduces the grinding wheel consumption by researching grinding efficiency, improves the product quality and economic process.
