摘要
设计了一种用于工件在线测量的虚拟式检测仪,从工件CAD图提取测量信息并自动生成检测宏程序,对测量数据分析后给出检测结果。对测头系统误差和评定算法误差进行了分析,提出了一种通过标定测头有效直径来补偿测头预行程误差的方法。对比验证后表明,虚拟式在线检测仪能进行较高精度的测量。
A virtual measuring instrument for on-line measurement has been designed. The instrument abstracts the measuring information fromthe work pieces CAD drawing and generates custommacro automatically. The measurementresultwill be presentafter evaluating. The probe systemerror and the algorithmic error are analyzed. A method for compensating pre-travel error by calibrating probe error is proposed. Experimental verification shows that the virtual measuring instrument is competent for high precision measurement.
