摘要
目的:从药用植物黑风藤(FisistigmapolyanthumMer.)中寻找新的抗肿瘤和抗病毒活性成份。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和光谱数据等进行结构鉴定。结果:从黑风藤乙醇浸膏的甲醇部分分得5个化合物。分别鉴定为:黑风藤苷(1),3,4,5三甲氧基苯酚1OβD葡萄糖苷(3,4,5trimethoxyphenyl1OβDglucoside)(2),丁香酸葡萄糖苷(glucosyringicacid)(3),肌醇(4),胡萝卜苷(5)。结论:化合物1为新化合物,命名为黑风藤苷。2,3,4是首次由本属植物中得到。
AIM: Looking for new compounds with strong anti-tumor and anti-virus activities from Fissistigma polyanthum Merr. METHODS: Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents.Their physical and chemical properties and spectral data were measured for structural elucidation. RESULTS: Five compounds were isolated from the methanol fraction of ethanol extract of Fissistigma polyanthumd Merr, a medicinal plant of Annonaceae family. On the basis of spectral data (UV, MS and NMR) and comparisons with known compounds, their structures were identified as fissistigmoside (1), 3,4,5 trimethoxyphenyl 1 O β D glucoside (2), glucosyringic acid (3), dacosterol (4) and inositol (5). CONCLUSION: Compound 1 is a new compound, compounds 2, 3 and 4 were reported in this genus for the first time.
