一种增量式光电编码器Z信号处理方法研究 被引量:6

摘要 双通道磁通切换永磁(Dual-channel Flux-switching Permanent Mangnet,DC-FSPM)电机是一种新型的高可靠性定子永磁型电机。基于新型数字信号处理器TMS320F2812搭建了全数字DC-FSPM电机驱动系统,采用增量式光电编码器作为位置检测装置。为解决Z信号易发生信号丢失,进而导致位置信号累积误差的问题,设计了Z信号处理电路。实验结果表明,所设计的位置信号处理方法有效,为DC-FSPM电机进一步的研究奠定了基础。 Dual-channel flux-switching permanent magnet(DC-FSPM)motor is a new class of stator-PM machine with improved reliability.Based on a new digital signal processor(DSP)TMS320F2812,a new full-digital DC-FSPM motor drive was developed,in which adopted a photoelectric incremental encoder.Due to the missing report of Z-signal,position calculation suffers from the accumulated error.A new Z-signal processor circuit was proposed.The experimental results show that the proposed method of position sensor is effective,and this work lays a foundation for the further study of DC-FSPM motor.
