摘要
针对航空发动机双转子系统的动平衡问题,考虑转子间相互耦合影响,提出相对影响系数的概念,建立了随机平衡方法;在模型转子的不平衡量随机分布时,利用随机平衡方法进行了理论计算与实验验证。该方法可以进一步推广于实际转子系统的动平衡中,在现场动平衡中有着广泛的应用前景。
Aimed at the dynamic balance problem of the double rotor system of the aeroengines,thought of the influence of bearing between two rotors,a concept of relative affect modulus was put forward and a random balancing method was based.Also,calculated the model rotor whose unbalance was random distributing using the random balancing method.The result was validated by the experiment.This method could be ulteriorly extended to the dynamic balance of the real rotor system,and has a broad foreground in fieldworks.
