摘要
宜昌市夷陵区实施"长治"工程20 a来,通过各部门密切配合,加强引导宣传,强化行政执法,利用科技、项目管理机制、体制创新等手段,使水土保持工作局面大为改观,水土流失加剧的情况得到根本遏制,人民生活水平上台阶,农村面貌大改观,同时生态环境也得以修复。总结了取得以上成绩的经验、做法,对其他地区具有参考价值。
Yiling District of Yichang City is located in the west of Hubei Province,and is the key region of major control engineering of soil and water conservation in upper and middle Yangtze River.Since the project′s beginning,through close cooperation of relative units and successful propagation and guidance,administrative law enforcement,and by the means of scientific technology,project management system and mechanism innovation etc.,the soil-water work has been pushed powerfully and serious soil-water loss condition is under control.At present,people′s living level and the appearance of countryside are improved greatly,as well as the ecological environment is restored.We summarize the measures and successful experiences in abovementioned achievements to provide the reference for other areas.
