甘肃菜子流域综合治理技术与成效

Comprehensive harnessing technology and effects of Caizi watershed in Gansu Province

菜子流域是2004年被列入"长治"7期工程甘肃省秦南河项目区(天水市秦州区)的综合治理小流域之一。在综合治理开发过程中,坚持走"山、水、田、林、路"综合治理,"林、草、梯、坝、坊"合理布局的发展路子,合理配置基本农田、水保林、牧草、经果林、拦蓄工程等措施,新增综合治理面积13.62 km2,治理程度达到73.82%,植被覆盖率达到23.9%,建立了水土保持综合防护体系,人均基本农田达0.12 hm2,农业人均纯收入达2 181元,实现了提高经济水平,改善生产条件,保护生态环境的预期目标。

Caizi watershed is one of the watersheds placed on the scheme of Qinnanhe project area of the 7th stage construction of major control engineering of soil and water conservation in upper and middle Yangtze River in 2004.In the comprehensive harnessing and development,the local government persisted in comprehensive harnessing to mountain,farmland,forest,road and the development way of reasonable arrangement of the basic farmland,soil-water conservation forest,forage grass,economic-fruit forest and soil-water detention projects,increased harnessed area of 13.63 km2 and made the harnessed ratio and vegetation coverage reach 73.82%,23.9% respectively,established the comprehensive harnessing system.At present,the basic farmland and income per capita reached 0.12 hm2,2181 Yuan respectively and the objects of economic promotion,production condition improvement,and ecological environment protection are realized.
