粉煤灰条块在水土保持坡改梯中的应用

为了降低水土保持坡改梯等工程的造价,可以采用粉煤灰条块代替条石。粉煤灰条块是用水泥、煤渣、粉煤灰、水按一定比例混合,加压成型、高温养护制成。介绍了粉煤灰条块的生产工艺及优越性。与条石相比,粉煤灰条块具有质量轻、造价低、工效高、劳动强度小、施工方便、工期短、美观实用、废物利用等优点,并且,使用粉煤灰条块代替条石可减少开山取石,本身就有减少水土流失的作用。

In order to reduce the cost of slope-to-terrace works of soil and water conservation,the stone blocks can be replaced by fly-ash blocks.The fly-ash blocks are made from mixed materials of cement,coal cinder,fly-ash and water with a certain ratio through pressure molding and high temperature curing.We introduce their production performance and advantages.Compared with stone blocks,the fly-ash blocks are characterized as light weight,low cost,high construction efficiency,low labor intensity,convenient for construction,short construction period,handsome appearance and waste utilization and so on.In addition,application of fly-ash blocks can avoid taking stones from mountains,which may result in soil-water loss.
