当前民营企业财务管理存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Financial Management in Private Enterprises

随着我国经济的发展,企业的财务活动范围日益扩大,财务管理也显得越来越重要。但就当前民营企业的财务管理状况来说不容乐观,主要问题是:不完善的产权结构导致管理混乱;企业所有者、经营者财务管理知识缺乏,决策和经营管理时主观随意性较大;机构设置不健全,人员配备不合理;资金筹集渠道狭窄,成本高;投资缺乏科学性,不注重日常现金的管理;企业信息化建设落后。对此,应建立现代企业制度,完善法人治理结构;努力提高财务管理者自身素质;树立现代财务管理理念;拓宽融资渠道;加强成本控制,提高企业管理水平,促进我国民营企业持续、健康、快速发展。

With economic development and expanding range of the enterprise financial activities,financial management has also become increasingly important.However,the financial management of private enterprises is not optimistic.Starting from our financial management status of private enterprises,this paper analyses the main problems and weaknesses of private enterprises＇ financial management and recommends how to strengthen their management in order to develop private enterprises sustainably,healthfully and rapidly.
