摘要
从实际工程出发,提出了如何有效利用统计能量分析方法(简称SEA),求解声与振动响应的方法。首先,针对实际工程中输入功率不易准确获得的问题,提出一种缩减的功率流平衡方程,利用易于测量的能量作为已知量,分析得到其他子系统的响应。其次,由于大型结构的复杂性和试验测试误差存在的必然性,功率流平衡方程求解存在奇异值的可能性很大,因此,分析了如何消除损耗因子系数矩阵奇异性问题。最后,针对试验测试数据存在富余的情况,提出了如何有效利用大量试验数据,使得预报结果误差最小的方法。为验证所提方法的有效性,以双层圆柱壳结构为试验对象,将分析结果与测量值进行比较,结果证明了方法的可靠性和优越性。
How to solve sound and vibration responses of a complicated coupled system effectively by using SEA method was presented.Firstly,aiming to the problem of inaccurate input power in tests,useful statistical energy balance equations were built.Afterwards,considering that the statistical energy balance equations' dimension of an actual large-scale structure was too big and that errors naturally existed in experimental data,an effective method was studied.It was used for avoiding the singular matrix occuring in large probability.Additionally,an effective method for how to utilize the rich experimental data and improve the prediction precision was investigated.Finally,noise and vibration forecast of a complicated coupled structure was carried out,and the result was compared with the experimental data.It was validated that the proposed method is reliable and valuable.
