摘要
提出了800 MW级发电机的基本设计参数、主要设计条件和期望达到的主要技术指标,确定了发电机电压采用24 kV、冷却采用水氢氢轴向通风方式、氢气压力采用0.5 MPa表压的基本方案,对800 MW级水氢冷发电机的电磁、通风、轴系、主要结构设计方案进行了阐述,主要技术指标与相近容量的发电机进行了比较,并参考了相关国标和IEC标准要求,验证了各项主要技术指标。
The basic design parameters,main design conditions and expected main technical data for the 800 MW class generator were presented in this paper.The basic technical scheme was determined,i.e.the output voltage is 24 kV and the generator is axial water-hydrogen cooled with 0.5 MPa(g) hydrogen pressure.The electrical,ventilation,shaft train,and construction design schemes of the 800 MW class water hydrogen-cooled generator were described,and the main technical data were compared with those of other generators with similar capacities.Relevent GB and IEC standards were consulted and the main technical data were verified.
