New-type floating offshore wind power generation and its key technology research

摘要 回顾国外海上风力发电场的发展,针对随着海水深度增加导致海上风力机成本急剧上升的矛盾,引入海上漂浮式风力机概念,并详细介绍其结构和特点,通过系统介绍海上漂浮式风力机组成部分和设计制造中的关键技术,最后得出海上漂浮式风机是一种潜力巨大的新型风力发电技术,值得进一步深入研究。同时,针对我国陆、海资源的具体情况,较为系统地提出了海上漂浮式风力机研究的需要关注的关键问题,指出了该研究所具有的巨大社会经济价值。 The development of offshore wind farms abroad was reviewed briefly in this paper.In view of the situation of a sharp cost rise of wind turbines at sea caused by increasing water depth,theconcept of the floating-type wind turbine was introduced,and its construction and characteristics were described in detail.Key technologies for design and manufacture of the floating-type wind turbine were introduced systematically.It is concluded that the floating-type wind turbine is a new-type wind power technology with great potential and is worth studying further.In view of existing situation of shore and offshore resources in China,key issues in the research of floating offshore wind turbines and the great economic and social values involved were presented.
