摘要
根据厦门当代天境的工程地质条件和上部结构特点及荷载分布情况,本文对不同的地基基础型式进行了多方案比选,最终选定了端承桩复合桩基基础。从便于施工及节省造价考虑,采用两阶段变刚度设计方法,进一步对该基础进行了设计优化,同时对施工中应采取的具体措施和应注意的技术问题,提出了相关建议。本项研究可供工程技术人员在其他高层建筑复合桩基的设计与施工中参考。
Based on the geological condition and the loading distribution of the upper structure of Modern Tianjing Building,the comparison among different schemes for the building foundation was discussed.The end-bearing pile composite foundation was chosen as an optimal scheme.By means of two process and variable stiffness method,the optimal design of the pile foundation was further studied,by which the construction would be easier and the cost would be reduced greatly.Some suggestions for this foundation during construction were proposed.This research would be valuable for the designers to design other composite pile foundation of high-rise buildings.
