Experience on the Quality Supervison Management of Restoration Project in Disaster Areas

对口支援灾区恢复重建是一项重要的政治任务,确保援建工程质量,让灾区广大人民群众住上安全、舒适的房屋,是恢复重建工作的根本要求和最终目标。本文回顾泉州市对口支援四川彭州市两年来的工程项目建设,对援建工程项目管理过程中一些好的做法和经验进行了总结。希望对今后类似工程的质量管理有借鉴作用。

Unit to unit support for restoration of disaster areas is an important political task which has the basic demand and ultimate goal of insurance of construction quality in order to provide safe and comfortable houses to disaster victims.This paper reviews the support projects of Quanzhou to Pengzhou Sichuan in past two years,summarizes some experiences.It is hoped to be helpful for management of similar projects.
