摘要
研究了添加不同CuO-H3BO3含量的(Ca0.61,Nd0.26)(Ti0.98Sn0.02)O3(CNT)陶瓷的烧结行为和介电性能。研究表明:CNT陶瓷的烧结温度能降低近300℃,没有观察到第二相,完全形成了钙钛矿结构固溶体。少量CuO-H3BO3能促使陶瓷在1 050℃致密烧结而不严重破坏其介电性能。添加5wt%CuO-H3BO3的CNT陶瓷在1 050℃烧结后具有良好的微波介电性能:εr=92,Q×f=9 250 GHz,τf=+139×10-6/℃。
Sintering behaviors and microwave dielectric properties of the (Ca0.61,Nd0.26)(Ti0.98Sn0.02)O3(CNT) ceramics with different amounts of CuO-H3BO3 addition had been investigated in this paper.The sintering temperature of CNT had been efficiently decreased by nearly 300 ℃.No secondary phase was observedin the CNT ceramics and the complete solid solution of the complex perovskite phase was confirmed.CNT ceramics with small amounts of CuO-H3BO3 could be well sintered at 1 050 ℃for 2 h without much degradationin the microwave dielectric properties.Especially,CNT ceramics with the 5wt.% CuO-H3BO3 sintered at 1 050 ℃ have optimum microwave dielectric properties ofεr=92,Q×f=9 250 GHz,andτf=+139×10-6/℃.
