北京市某三甲医院医务人员对医患关系的认知及其影响因素研究

Survey on Medical Staffs’ Perception of Doctor-Patient Relationship: A Case Study of A Public Hospital in Beijing

目的调查北京市某三甲医院的医务人员的生活、工作状况以及对医患关系的看法,探索影响医务人员对医患关系看法的因素。方法运用问卷调查法对北京某三甲医院医务人员进行横截面调查,使用频数分析和χ2检验进行统计分析。结果医务人员的生活、工作压力较大,多数被调查者认为执业环境恶劣,收入与付出不匹配;其中感知生活、工作压力较大者,其对我国大环境医患关系和本院医患关系的评价更偏于负向。结论医务人员所承受生活和工作压力大,与多种因素共同影响到对医患关系的认知。建议改善医疗执业环境,适当降低医务人员工作压力,促进我国和谐医患关系的发展。

Objective To discover medical staffs＇ living and working status and their perception of doctor-patient re-lationship; and discover the influecing factors of their perceptions. Methods Cross section survey with questionnaire was car-ried in the medical staffs. The data was analyzed with SPSS10. 0. Results Medical staffs are bearing stress which comes from their life and job. Most of them believe that the occupational environment is poor; meanwhile,their input and the income cannot balance. Those feel more stress draw worse conclusion on the docter-patient relationship. Conclusion It is necessary to reform the medical legal system,improve facilities in the hospitals,and educate the mass to treat medicine and doctors rationally,as to promote harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship in China.
